Had an automatic gate closing issue that was driving me insane. Most contractors weren’t answering their phones. I have a huge dog and young children so coping with it wasn’t an option. Tim was polite, punctual and importantly fixed the gate better than new. He scheduled us in around his existing work and was very affordable. I wish he’d done the original install - most likely wouldn’t have had issues.

Oz automation placed a new auto sliding gate on our slope area and I love it as is look so good and works well ! 😍 😍 The owner Thine is highly skilled professional in automatic and engineering and always make sure everything is done properly. Due to our slope area next to driveway it could complicated but Thine made everything easy and simply solved all issues. He also always inform me appointment, update schedules, and everything went well easy and stress free way. He is also caring and respect his customers and responds all questions. Highly recommend Thien's Oz Automation Services. My electric roller gate stopped working post-cyclone. I called Thien and he inspected the Centsys control system on the same day. Thien replaced the faulty adapter and transformer and installed a newer kit. He also provided a weatherproof enclosure for the adaptor.I found Thien's service professional, efficient and friendly.

I cannot recommend Oz Automation enough. These guys will be my go to for any and all future repairs. Thien who repaired our gate was super friendly, flexible and was the only one to provide an availability within the same week. The price was also reasonable and I really appreciated the transparency with the costs. They were no added fees on top of what was initially quoted. In our case, as the repair required a new part, Thien went the extra mile to re-attend out place again later the same day (once the part was picked up). The issue was resolved and we're another happy customer.

Amazing service! Had a problem with our gate that we have been trying to get fixed for a long time. Everyone kept either not wanting to do it or giving us ridiculous quotes. Hi all, first of all I would encourage people to use Oz Automation. Thein was only to happy to help me out of a situation where I totally made a mess of my electric gate program, he came around and with in a half an hour, recalibrate my gate and also calibrated 3 more keys to use, he was efficient in all aspects , also very polite and respectful, and his fee was a lot lower than what I was quoted by 2 other companies, you will not go wrong if you use this company, with regards alan, forest lake resident

This is a small business that used to be located in Nathan with great service and now moved so all their old reviews seemed to have disappeared. In any case, if you need someone to look at your electric garages or in my case electric sliding gate, this business should be the first. The owner is reliable with time schedule and prices are probably the most competitive in Brisbane. I had my sliding gate electric motor replaced by him 2 yrs ago and recently needed his help to look at a receiver which the owner/operator was great at diagnosing and getting things going again.

Our house got broken in couple of weeks ago, we needed someone to reprogram our garage motor as well as to replace our gates urgently. I contacted Oz automation as I knew they provide top quality service. Thien quickly came to my house and changed the garage motor for me, it was a big pressure relief as I don’t need to worry about the thief still has the remote control for our home.
